After getting windows 10, it used to make sounds about every 5 seconds, that sounded like notification sounds, consisting of three, sometimes 5 beats. I have found out that these sounds are the sounds for when you plug and unplug a USB device.

So try unplugging all USB devices and once you put them in again, it should be gone.
